Caribbean Poker

Caribbean poker is a variety of regular poker game. The goal of the game is to get a hand higher than the dealer one’s.

The Game

The game is played with a deck of 52 cards. The cards are shuffled prior to each new round.


How to Play

To start the game you should make a bet. Minimum bet (Ante) is €1, maximum - €1000.

To start a hand, click “Deal”. Each player and the dealer then receive 5 cards, face down. Then, the dealer turns over his last card face up.

You have an opportunity to change one of your cards before taking final decision. The change is allowed two times per round. If you change a card for the first time, you lose your Ante; if you change a card for the second time, you lose two your Ante. To change a card, click on the card, and then click “Change”.

After looking at the cards you should decide whether to play or fold. If you choose to fold, click “Surrender” (in this case you lose your Ante bet).

If you choose to play, you should place a BET equal to two times of original Ante. Use “Bet” button to make a bet.

Then the dealer reveals his cards and compares his cards to your.

The dealer’s hand is considered as Qualify if dealer has one of the winning combination or the combination of Ace and King.

In the case that the dealer’s hand does not Qualify, you receive a 1 to 1 payout to his Ante.

In case that the dealer’s hand does Qualify and the player's cards are stronger that the dealer's, the player

If the dealer’s cards have Qualify but you have the better cards, you get back your bets, and receive a 1 to 1 payout to your Ante, and the Bet is paid out according to your card combination as indicated in the table below.

If the dealer and the player both have the equal combinations, a winner is determined by comparing of high cards making up the combination. For example,

Dealer’s cards: 7, 7, J, 7, 3
Player’s cards: 3, 3, Q, 6, 2
In this case the dealer wins as 7 higher than 3.

If the high cards of combinations are equal as well, a winner is determined by comparing of high cards out of the combinations. For example,

Dealer’s cards: 5, 5, Q, 7, 3
Player’s cards: 5, 5, Q, 9, 2
In this case the player wins since 9 higher than 7.

If the dealer qualifies but your cards completely equal to dealer’s ones, you get back your Ante and Bet.

If the dealer qualifies but your cards lose to dealer’s ones, Ante and Bet return to the dealer.
